Pride and Ownership: We must take pride in what we do, what we have and what we stand for. It is important to take ownership in our organization and know what it means to be a part of the Fire Service.
Safety and Performance: Everyone must realize that member safety shares a top priority in getting the job done properly. Safety means that everyone goes home at the end of the day. It is expected that everyone will perform their job to the highest performance level possible.
Customer Service: We must all remind ourselves that it is a privilege and an honor to work in and serve our community. Be it a true emergency or a citizen that has exhausted all other options, our job is to treat everyone as we would expect to be treated. We should exceed the expectations of every patron with whom we make contact.
Professionalism: Whether on or off duty, we must conduct ourselves in a manner that instills pride, and brings credit to the organization and honor to the fire service.
Integrity: We must always strive to do the right thing, the right way, at the right time.
