Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue is a “special service district” that provides Fire, Ambulance, Rescue, Fire Prevention and Public Education services to the citizens of The Dalles and Surrounding Community and Rural areas. The fire district is approximately 110 Square Miles and the Ambulance Service Area is approximately 210 Square Miles.
