Hiring process has started!

Mid-Columbia Fire and Rescue is currently recruiting to fill one vacant position. We have also applied for a SAFER Grant which would all three more positions. Application and testing will be provided by the National Testing Network to include a Personal History Questionnaire, FireTEAM Test, and CPAT. Application and testing will be open and continuous, however the first grouping of names will be pulled following a closing date of June 2, 2016 at 1200 hours.

Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and who score high enough will be scheduled for an oral interview process. We will interview up to nine candidates initially. Candidates who are invited to the Oral Interview Process will be notified by email so please make sure your email is valid and up-to-date.

Minimum Qualifications at time of Job Offer: Oregon Licensed Paramedic, NFPA Firefighter 1. Essentially, this mean anyone can test, but we will only hire as noted.
